When you add a product to the shopping cart.
All orders are processed after a successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation after you place the order along with the shipping and tracking information. Retail orders take 7-12 days to complete. Special orders are processed within 3-4 weeks. You can check the status of your order by clicking on My Account.
When your order arrives, please inspect the product and carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
Customs, Duties and taxes.
The purchaser is responsible for making sure the jewelry can be lawfully imported to your destination country. When you are ordering from peterstone.com, the buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by your destination country. The receiver of international jewelry items may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charges once the shipment reaches your country. Any charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over these charges and do not know if charges will apply and what they may be if any. Customs policies vary from country to country; If you are not sure you should contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause possible delays beyond our original delivery estimates, but in most cases are are non issues.
Damaged Items
If damage occurred to the item in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the product, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.

Return Policy
All of our jewelry are made to order. We offer exchange only and NO refund.
Please call our customer service team at 1-800-397-8787 or email: customerservicebkk@peterstone.com for return authorization and instructions before you return any items. Jewelry cannot be mailed back using a regular envelope due to problems with postal handling. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging or other padded/reinforced mailer.
A return authorization (RA) number must be requested within 5 days of receiving an order and that number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package. Assortments must be returned as complete packages. A 20% restocking fee is charged for orders received without an RA number or for orders returned after 5 days limit. Credit will be issued upon inspection.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all orders returned if the customer makes error ordering and wants to return an item. Returns only, do not include exchange.
